CHAUMONT BAY

We spent the last weekend at my cousin Bonnie and husband Gary's amazing home on Chaumont Bay, Lake Ontario in upstate New York. Wow! It was a gathering of the Four Cousins and spouses - sort of a mini family reunion - "mini" because our once small family has shrunk even smaller over the passage of time! So, there were eight of us. The setting was incredible. Their home sits Right On The Water...we are talking spitting distance. From the inside, large windows all over give you the feeling you are on a private cruise ship. We ate, we drank, but mostly we laughed a LOT - and enjoyed being with each other.
When we left we promised we would do it again soon...it isnt easy since we are scattered over the east coast...but I hope this is a promise that will be kept!
