AFTER THREE YEARS.....

Yes- it SNOWED last night. I'm talking an "accumulation snow" - and it is still on the ground! Slushy but still there. Normally the weather gurus lay some heavy duty forecasts on our area - and we race around making the appropriate preparations - only to have the wrath of nature move over or around us. Sure, I'm grateful to be spared but I have been pining for some snow.

I bought a chintzy red plastic toboggan when we moved up here and it and my boots have been gathering dust in the garage. I decided not to try out the toboggan on the icy hill this morning. To be honest I'm not sure how to steer it! The cameras are full of wintery scenes - and here is one to share with you!
