VALENTINE'S DAY & ANNA NICOLE

"Whoa!", you must be thinking! What possible connection could there be between Valentine's Day and Anna Nicole Smith?
Valentine's Day for me conjures memories of grade school with the construction paper covered cardboard box decorated with paper lace doilies. The suspense of the day was whether you would actually GET a Valentine, since in those pre-politically correct days, you could give Valentines to those you wanted to - and not the mandatory class list. So Polly Popular could take home a raft of cards and Pitiful Pearl might just have a few. Life was harsh in those days! I started thinking about those simpler times when I saw this ad today. Compare this ad and those times with "todays" Anna Nicole Smith who obviously had so many encounters that she had not a clue who fathered her baby.( Or for that matter with Britney Spears who is pleased to present her bits to the world.) I know its a stretch to connect the two - but humor me. It is the CONTRAST between the 50's and today that is so weird to me.
