SORE FIGGIES ARE NOTHING LIKE A BONE SPUR OR SHREDDED ROTATOR CUFF~

I just returned from my stint as Manager of the Day at the Thrift Store...my figgies are sore. I gotta find a pair of shoes that are comfy! But sore feet pale in comparison to a bone spur and a torn rotator cuff which is the state of Pat's shoulder. IF he can find a doctor to operate and fix it, he will be OOC for 12 weeks minimum. ( That's Out Of Commission for you without a medical degree.) I sure hope he can get it fixed asap as he is really in a lot of pain.

The list of Things To Do Before Realtors Show The House has stretched to several pages - not the least of which now includes painting the dining room and kitchen. Our nice realtor is definitely into the HGTV theory of "staging" your home for potential buyers. In the kitchen, she advised us to remove the microwave, TV, and everything else but the coffee maker from the counters. Half the furniture is to be removed. Even Max's dog dish is not included in the new decor! As my Mom used to say "Lord, give me strength!"
