RAINY FRIDAY

As I look out the window here by my desk I could subscribe to the Glass Half-Empty philosophy since it is a gray gloomy rainy windy day here on the mountain. But the colors of the leaves remind me instead of a blurry-looking impressionist painting...
russets, greens, golds. Really beautiful. I doubt that I will appreciate the beauty as much when I have to Go Out In It however. I have some errands and work at the thrift store that must be done this afternoon. Until then, I will sit by my fake fire
and admire the view.
