PREPARING FOR THE VIRTUAL TOUR....

I have reached the end of my two week hiatus from the thrift store so that I could get the house ready to show - and for the VIRTUAL TOUR. What have I learned from the past two weeks?

#1 - I am not as physically fit as I used to be -not able to leap bookcases in a single bound.

#2 - There are limited places in a given house where you can hide things,
stuff things, and generally make things disappear for the interim. If there IS a place however,I have found it.

#3- Staging a home is basically removing every bit of your taste from every room.
It is deemed a successful "stage" if you feel as if you are living in someone else's
home.

#4- Planting $90 worth of flowers with a bad knee requires doing so in a standing
position which in turn shifts the pain from your knee to your entire lower body.

#5- Listing your house at the onset of a housing downturn? Priceless. Salesless!

We are still accepting entries into the Days The House Will Be On The Market lottery.
One entry per person.
