THE DIE IS CAST!

WHAHOOO! WE DID IT! WE BOUGHT THE LAKE HOUSE - AND WILL CLOSE ON APRIL 11TH.

There is something freeing about making a decision that has been weighing on our minds for so long. Should we? Should't we? Now it is a done deal and we can use all that angst in another direction...

We are both excited about starting on the renovations - painting inside and out and carpeting...some sort of fence for Max The Dog. Pat claims that on our first trip up there he will take his rubber dingy and fishing pole. No matter that the lake will only be half-thawed by then! I will be busy making lists, since that's how I roll. This week I will start heaving out things and getting them to the thrift store.
Our load must be as light as possible! I feel a giant yard sale coming on!
