HOW MANY BOXES CAN YOU FIT INTO A PT CRUISER CONVERTIBLE?
I can answer that. 26.
Today was the second day I scavenged for empty boxes for THE MOVE. I have most of the kitchen packed - glasses and bowls and bakeware to go.
When we moved from Griffin to Ellijay I jokingly said that my next move would be in a box. Fortunately- and I mean that sincerely, that will not be the case. But there is probably nothing more yukky than moving. I have lost count of the number of moves I have made in my lifetime. You might think that the coast-to-coast journeys would be the worst. But I think the worst moves are the ones for just a few blocks.
Phase 2 of THE MOVE will consist of Pat driving a 16' Budget truck and me driving the Chebby. Little Pt Cruiser will be pulled behind the rental assuming it can get it's little behind high enough off the ground.
We hear that things are progressing on the remodeling up north so by the time we head back here our flooring will be in, DSL and Dish installed, dock and boat in the water and the kitchen painted. And hopefully we will have had some R&R in between...since thats the idea of semi-retirement!
